Isn't that an 'oximoron' rather than an 'anomoly' ? A Single Equity ah sorry Equality Bill sounds good but, it still beggars belief that the courts are unable or can not make the connection between ethnicity, race and colour, without being descriminatory as, are we not all the product of our gene poole?
Mind you, I think I will try the colour defence next time i'm stopped by the traffic Police as obviously they didn't like the colour of my tie, eye shadowor indeed make or origin of my motor for that matter.......
My Mum always thought green cars back luck although, not sure that held up statistically by insurance companies who will correct me if i'm wrong say white one's harder to see?.
