An unexpected gift for injured employees who haven't had the training to follow instructions and impliment health and safety because, training disabled as a direct result of being functionally and/or Digitally illiterate?
How is the government going to cope with the volume of litigation from 7 million digitally and functionally illiterate who are unable to exercise their "right to train" on a par with their peers ?
At last "Access to Text" is going to be recognised as right in the 21st Century and we may start to properly look at what can be done about the £2.01 Billion annual cost. (KPMG Foundation + HSE RR 561 Better Display Screens)
