Did Mr. Piccolo not watch were he put his feet while walking in the station?
I would be interested in how flowers could be sold without water dripping in the area?

Of course 'contributory neglegence' will be taken into account by the courts but, should everyone who finds themselves accidentally injured immediately blame themselves, although people often do for our own stupidity when they did not intentionally or voluntarily take part in the extreme sport of visiting the high street? I think not.
Whilst, I'm sure, the shop owner / tenant did not intentionally set about booby-trappig their premises and 'candid camara' style hide behind the Begonias looking for their next victim to happen up them.
Nevertheless, where there is a significantly higher than normal risk of spillage there is clearly a 'duty of care' to be more proactive in it's "reasonably practicable" mitigation that still, over time, may not prevent the "when" rather than "if" scenario of a slip playing out but they, the florist, would be able to demonstrate that they had taken responsibility for a common hazard associated with their business operation.
Success is, after all, NO accident and don't forget the 6P's....
