Big brother gets bigger! If you have done nothing wrong then you have nothing to fear. What about benefit of doubt, another chance, different stances, views or opinions on the reason for dismissal e.g. I may think some form of action henious where another may not.............
Employers should rely on traditional methods such as CV, Interviews and references.
I dont like it!

The contract between an employee and his/her employer is a private contract and subject to the laws of privacy of contarct and to the law on data protection. Even if an employee is dismissed for unlawful conduct the contract is still private and it is wrong for the employer to tell other peole about the reason for dismaissl. The employee could sue in the civil courts for breach of contract and maybe for libel as well. All the above is IMHO of course and I look forward to further discussion on the subject.
