Google a company called VOCAM they are a bit pricey but very good quality and content.

We have recently hired a company to do a specific General and H&S induction dvd. A couple of days filming and a bit of info from us about the company and the result is quite professional, plus it hieghtens the image of the company by getting your staff to star in it (possibly find the next Angelina or Brad).

Again, same as Geoff, a bit pricey but well worth it as you can tailor it to your specific needs.

We are a company that work all over England and have VOCAM DVD's purchased regionally, however, I had an occasion to induct a deaf operative and had to employ a sign language interpreter. They were horrified to find that the DVD's don't have sub titles. For the money they cost, this should be a minimum requirement. I discussed this at the ROSPA conference and they confirmed they don't have subtitles. Think of the operatives who don't have English as a first language!
We recently subscribed to Montie, who have loads of downloadable material, and less expensive, however I haven't had the opportunity to explore the subtitle facility. Try www.safetycare.co.uk
