i am having problems understanding who is to pay who when it comes to holiday pay, do the new company pay under tupe the outstanding holiday monies, or do the old company pay their staff up to date when they transfer over to the new company, as i have already paid the old company in full, which would have had in it the holiday monies as this would have been costed in the contract price, can anyone help me.
