How about a promise "to do no harm" to employees as a starter for ten ?
As sure as eggs are eggs before we get into chicken and egg sceanario of which come first the concept of 'watching over' employee health will turn into another tick-box compliance issue and an excuse to suggest employees 'not fit for purpose' should find a less demanding employment.
Already happening in schools where if a teacher should dare to request some support with a classroom full of Kids "kicking-Off" they are quickly put in their place with a swift "if you can't stand the heat in the kitchen get out" from line management or head implying not too delicately that if not up to the job find another one and don't come crying to me for help.
Needless to say it is not physical fitness and stamina but mental resilience to 'F' this', 'F'ing that now' and being constantly referred to as 'bitch', 'ginger minger' or " c**t " all day every day that caused emotional fatigue on top of the 'performance anxiety' resultant of increasingly demanding tick-boxes.
Teaching " self-advocacy " and developing interpersonal skills along with "Child Protection for Grown-Ups" might just reduce staff turnover although, perhaps boxercise for teachers may just reduce a little stress to.
