An " ASBO for employeers " more like it - perhaps, like many whistleblowers they could then feel the stigma of being perceived as a 'grass' just because no one would in the organisation could get past the feedback-blindness and acknowledge there is a problem in the first place .
Send your nominations for feed-back blind 'Employer of The Month' to go forward to our selection committee for "Dumb Stick" of the year award.
We shall also pull the 'in the public interest' card should any employer campaign to shut us down sighting their database and, of course, i am sure Workplace Law will run a database of court actions in the public domain regarding nasty employers who could also get an annual Award for meenest action........

Dishonest employees?
who comes up with this crap, and why do we entertain it?
If and employee is found to be dishonest, then they are sacked. What good will puting them on a database do. Perhaps we should also have a database for employees who fiddle their expences, and another one for those who take the office stationary home, and another one for those who pretent to work from home on a Friday?
Where will it all end, and who is going to decide at what point dishonesty has gone too far? if you have a dishonest employee database, then it should follow that you also have a dishonest employer daterbase.
All is fair in love and war.....

Mr DuPree i second that motion. After all the type of employer who should be ASBO'd is likely to be exactly the type of employer to abuse a "dishonest employee" database to discredit those with a genuine greivance.
This is an awful idea and will only benefit the lawyers. Guilty until proven innocent ?
