Can i disclose disciplinary outcome information to the child protection authority about an employee?
The history being that a complaint was made by a minor in our workplace, the police investigated and found no offence had been committed ,the child protection agency were involved. We then carried out our own internal discipliary action and the child protection agency have requested we infomr them of the outcome. Are we obliged by law to do this?
