Its a first instinct what will any one do when your money making items are dropped on the floor after so much training and wadges that you are given? then again it dosent give him the right to hit but at least as it was an instinct "thats what i think it may have not been" but it seems like it as there were several attempts to apologise and especially in front of the collegues if it was done purposly he would have apologised in the quiet, like the holiday inn and not in front of every one if he didnt mean it.
