I was surprised to see this headline given the potential increases in the costs of operating salary sacrifice schemes for childcare vouchers, now that employers have to continue to provide the vouchers during the entire 52-week maternity leave period.
Also have any individual organisations had any success in "working closely with HMRC" when setting up such schemes? I thought they'd only comment on the tax implications after the scheme is set up.
