If you're trying to make a fundamental change to her working environment (i.e. office based) it is likely that tribunals would be on her side.
Home working can be very successful for all parties if handled correctly. Surely if her performance is above average you don't want to sacrifice that?
Can you suggest for example that she does a max of 4 days at home, and is in your office one day a week?
