Workplace Law’s environmental practice specialises in resource efficiency, corporate sustainability, and environmental compliance.
We believe in the benefits of sustainable business, and have been advising on environmental performance for more than ten years. In recent years we have invested in enhancing our environmental capability to provide increased expertise in resource efficiency – helping clients cut energy bills, manage carbon, reduce waste and streamline materials costs – in response to both regulatory change and demand from within the supply chain.

Post-event investigation: Our team is able to respond promptly to incidents and accidents, conduct comprehensive investigations within tight timelines, and liaise with the enforcing authorities, lawyers and the police following a serious environmental incident.
