Five fined for transporting contaminated waste to Brazil

In this short video, Head of Environment at Workplace Law, Peter Watts, discusses a recent case in which five defendants were fined for exporting over 1,500 tonnes of contaminated waste to Brazil.
Peter explains the environmental risks of such activity and provides tips on how businesses can prevent this type of occurrence and therefore reduce the risk of prosecution.
