Family of asbestos cancer victim launch court action against Jaguar

    The family of a former Jaguar worker who died from asbestos-related cancer have formally launched a court action against the luxury car firm for compensation.

    58-year-old Mohinder Singh Heer, from Coventry, had originally begun a claim for damages after being diagnosed with mesothelioma. Unfortunately, he died on 6 June 2007, meaning his family are now continuing the legal battle against his former employers.
