Disability Equality Duty shirkers given formal warning

    Following a warning in April, when the Disability Rights Commission (DRC) published the names of more than 60 public authorities that had failed to produce a disability equality scheme, the DRC has now announced that nine public bodies are at risk of ending up in court.
