Health and safety legislation under debate

Today (15 May) at Workplace Law Group’s Facilities Management One Day Legal Update Conference a number of current health and safety issues have come under hot debate – namely the new CDM Regulations and the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill.
