Rogue employers to face illegal working crackdown

    The Home Office began talks with industry today (15 May) on the implementation of tough new legislation designed to crackdown on bogus employees and rogue employers.

    The new rules will see rogue employers face a prison sentence and/or an unlimited fine if found knowingly employing illegal workers.
