As the final date of approval for the Corporate Manslaughter Bill approaches (17 July), the Centre for Corporate Accountability (CCA) is continuing to push for the Bill to become law.
The Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide Bill 2006, published in July 2006, is designed to make it easier to prosecute companies for health and safety failings, which result in fatalities.
