The British Chiropractic Association (BCA) has warned that poor posture and sitting too long at a computer is causing serious back problems.
In response to the problem, it has launched a simple three-minute exercise programme, which it claims could help prevent people from developing back problems.
Previous research by the BCA overwhelmingly found that sedentary PC posture causes more back problems than excessive lifting and carrying.
