Workplace discrimination dominated by claims of bullying and name-calling

New research released today (3 April) has suggested that workplace discrimination allegations regarding sexual orientation are dominated by claims of bullying and harassment, including name-calling, threats and physical assaults.

The Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003 and the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003 made it unlawful for employers to discriminate against their employees on grounds of sexual orientation and religion or belief.
