Accident by untrained worker caused paralysis

    The importance of training staff on the proper use of machinery has been highlighted by a case in which a worker was paralysed.

    SFJ Ltd, of Bangor, was fined £15,000 and ordered to pay costs of £7,500 at Caernarfon Crown Court following the incident in February 2005 in which Clive Forbes received his injuries.
