US moves to ban genetic discrimination but will the UK?

A Bill is currently working its way through the US Congress that may soon prevent the use of genetic testing by employers and insurers.

The legislation had been stalled for more than a decade; however, with a Democratic-controlled Congress the signs are that the legislation will soon be passed. President George Bush has already expressed his support for the Bill.
