Employers believe religious discrimination not a problem in the workplace

    Religious observance in the workplace is not a source of employer-employee conflict despite a number of high-profile cases of alleged religious discrimination in the workplace, a survey claims.

    Under the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003 it is illegal for employers to discriminate against staff because of their religion or beliefs.
