Next Thursday (1 February) is the Samaritan’s ‘Stress Down Day’, a national awareness and fundraising event that aims to get across “a serious message in a light-hearted way”.
The aim of the day is raise awareness of the effects of stress in the workplace and to encourage people to take better care of their emotional well-being.
