Exaggerated CVs mean need for careful pre-employment checks

    New research has suggested that many employees are happy to exaggerate or have inaccurate information on their CV’s. This type of attitude makes it important for employers to carry out proper checks on job applicants and have procedures in place for recruiting staff.
