    A new survey of 300 senior managers and directors has revealed that overweight staff are viewed as lacking energy, drive or self-control.

    Most of those polled by consultants the Aziz Corporation agreed that people who were fit and healthy were seen as better able to cope with the stresses and demands of a senior job.
