Two firms have been fined a total of £132,000 at Edinburgh Sheriff Court following a scaffolding collapse in May 2005 in which a worker was injured.
Deborah Services Ltd was fined £110,000; while Beechwood Development Company (Scotland) Ltd was fined £22,000. Both companies pleaded guilty to breaches of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
