The debate: religious dress at work

    Issues surrounding the wearing of religious dress and symbols at work are being widely discussed following two cases which have arisen recently.

    As Workplace Law reported on Friday (13 October) a Muslim employee at a school in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, is taking Kirklees Council to an employment tribunal because the school has asked her not to wear a full-face veil in the classroom.
