HSE outlines CDM timetable

The HSE has outlined key dates running up to the implementation of the new and simplified Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM 2007), which are expected to come into force in April 2007.

These key dates include:


17 October 2006 - consideration of the regulatory package by HSC;
3 November 2006 - deadline for Ministerial response on new CDM;
January 2007 (date to be advised) - ACoP published;
