Changes to offshore working time confirmed

The Government has confirmed changes to the the law surrounding offshore working time that will allow UK offshore workers to be paid holiday entitlements for the first time.

The move follows a long running campaign by Amicus for the UK’s 20,000 offshore workers to have the European Working Time Directive applied to them.
