    A former council employee has won £30,000 in a race discrimination case against two Scottish councils, it was announced by public sector union Unison today (10 July).

    It was alleged by Seg Naicker that when applied for a job at Edinburgh City Council he was described as a “difficult person” by his employers at Stirling Council because he had complained when he experienced racial harassment.
