Blair seeks to change Lords mesothelioma compensation ruling

    Prime Minister Tony Blair has said that heĀ aims to “change'” a ruling by the House of Lords limiting compensation for asbestos-related deaths.

    As Workplace Law previously reported, the House of Lords decided last month that employers shouldn't be liable for the full damages awarded to victims of mesothelioma if a worker was exposed at more than one job.
