An Asian detective who won almost £250,000 in a race discrimination case against the Metropolitan Police is taking his employers back to tribunal for a second time.
Gurpal Virdi, a Sikh detective sergeant, told Sunrise Radio that he still faced racism despite the inquiry into his previous case and he was taking a new case to an employment tribunal.
