Second Buncefield progress report published

A second report has been published on the progress made in the investigation into the explosions and fire at the Buncefield Oil Storage Depot on 11 December 2005.

This report follows, and complements, a report previously published in February by the Major Incident Investigation Board. The Board was set-up to supervise the investigation into the Buncefield incident and reports to both the Health and Safety Commission and the Environment Agency.
