A single mum sacked for refusing to work weekends because she had no childcare has won a £13,000 payout.
Kelly McGoldrick had been in her £125-a-week part-time job as a care assistant for a few weeks when she was sacked for gross misconduct because she refused to work 12-hour shifts at the weekends.
She told the Glasgow hearing that she explained during her interview for the job that she could only work the early shift on weekdays.
