Delayed – when will the new fire legislation come into force?

A spokesperson from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) has admitted to Workplace Law that the guides the ODPM were meant to publish in advance of the new Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) will be delayed.
