Employees favour flexible working

    A new survey suggests that eighty seven per cent of UK employees believe their bosses should offer staff flexible hours or working arrangements if they have children under five years of age. The survey - commissioned by MORI – also found that a quarter of parents had experienced a 'great amount' of stress in trying to balance their work life and home life.
