Senior Sikh soldier claims race and sex discrimination

    The most senior woman Sikh soldier in the Army is bringing a case against the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for sex and race discrimination.
    Warrant Officer Jinder Moore alleges that she received e-mails from senior colleagues about how quickly she became pregnant when she returned to work after a second period of maternity leave. The mother of four is claiming that the e-mails, coupled with alleged verbal abuse, amounted to racial and sexual discrimination.
