£171,000 racial harassment compensation for soldier

    A tribunal has ruled that the Ministry of Defence (MoD) should pay an ex-soldier £171,000 compensation, after the soldier was racially harassed and discriminated against.

    Staff sergeant David Howard had been in the army for 20 years, and was serving in Germany at the time within the NATO rapid reaction force.
