The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Amendment) Regulations 2003 introduced key changes into the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA). The changes are, in part, to bring the DDA into line with legislation prohibiting other forms of discrimination.
This article provides a summary of the key changes, which came into force on 1 October 2004.
