SMEs Will Suffer from Lack of Waste Regulation Information

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has criticised the Government for not informing small businesses of the changes that will be brought about by the new waste regulations coming into force on 16 July.

The FSB reports that MP Sue Doughty will put its calls for a rapid roll-out of information on the Landfill Directive directly to the Environment minister.

The Landfill Directive will ban dumping hazardous and non-hazardous waste in the same landfill, so cutting the number of sites licens... (210 more words)
