New Guidance on Tackling Stress in Public Sector

    The Employers' Organisation for Local Government has launched new guidance - Addressing Stress at Work - which aims to reduce the 34.6 per cent of sickness absence caused by work-related stress. This currently costs local authorities around £120m per year.
