UK organisations are failing to prepare for disaster, according to research published this week by the Chartered Management Institute and the Business Continuity Institute. Only 47 per cent have a business continuity plan, meaning that - according to the press briefing - over half are "displaying a dangerously cavalier attitude towards confronting disruption".
