In the case of Fraser v. Southwest London St George's Mental Health Trust, Mrs Fraser went off sick in November 2005. Mrs Fraser was certified as fit to return to work on reduced duties in 2007 but the Trust could not find suitable work for her to do. Mrs Fraser therefore did not return to work before her dismissal nearly three years later.  The Trust's holiday year ran from April to March and Mrs Fraser's absence therefore spanned four holiday years. For large parts of 2006 an...
