Directors' responsibilities for health and safety

We could talk until we're blue in the face about corporate killing, and indeed many hahev since Labour first promised to address the issue in its 1997 manifesto.

Whether we're convinced by new promises made in the Queen's Speech 2004 of a draft bill to introduce a new offence of corporate killing or not, the fact is it won't change the duties of employers to ensure the health and safety of employees, visitors to work premises and third parties affected by work activities.
