It’s an extreme scenario to consider the face of your company might one day be our man on the front cover, if, under developing age discrimination laws, the concept of a retirement age is one day entirely abolished. But it’s a point that needs considering: don’t all employers want to present their clients and potential clients with a dynamic (I didn’t say young!) team of energetic, on-the-pulse employees? Can the same be achieved with a team of over-65s?
