BlackBerries: the issues for employers

It was revealed this week that US news outlet ABC News has asked its staff to sign a waiver saying they may be required to check their emails from home through their work-issued BlackBerries but will not be paid overtime for it.

This has angered unions, which have advised their members not to sign the clause.
