Conflict of discriminations?

As the number of grounds upon which discrimination is prohibited increases, so too does the potential for those grounds to conflict with each other. This issue has been touched upon previously by the courts and can be highly sensitive and difficult for employers to deal with.  This week we consider the Tribunal's decision in Ladele v.
