There have been a spate of Employment Tribunal discrimination claims in recent months on the grounds of religion and belief, and these are unlikely to decrease following the amendments to the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003 (‘the Regulations’) by the Equality Act 2006.
